If a customer requests cancellation after shipment processing has started, Engazat Group may deduct:

  • Transportation costs already incurred

  • Customs processing fees

  • Storage or handling charges

  • Any third-party expenses paid on behalf of the customer

The remaining balance, if any, may be refunded after review.
